Hi, I’ve just updated to the latest version of all EE4 plugins and the layout of a single event page is all messed up, I can’t access the “written content” part where to put the event details.

It also happens on other clients’ websites.
Please let me know what can be done to fix it.

Hi Marianna,
That’s actually caused by some changes in the latest update from Jetpack. It can be fixed by disabling Jetpack’s WP.me Shortlinks module.

You’re welcome. We’ll add something to an upcoming version of Event Espresso that will change the shortlink feature so it will not be affected by Jetpack’s wp.me shortlink feature.

Hi Marianna,
A little update on this: The last software update for Event Espresso includes a change where we basically moved things to use the same hook that Jetpack’s shortlink module uses. This helps avoid the conflict you saw earlier.
