Hi there,
I just tested the EE 5.0.3 on my stage site and it worked great. Then I installed it on my live site and the date layout looks different. I cleared the cache and it didn’t help.

Hi Ted,
Generally speaking, Event Espresso adapts to whatever the theme is for each website. So, what is different about the themes between your staging and live site? Are there different settings, different versions, etc?

They are identical. One is live and the other one is the stage. Theme, plugins and settings are the same.

Hmmm. The fact that they look different are evidence that something is different.
Comparing these pages on live vs staging, they look very different:
