I’ve upgraded to the latest version and copied my translation back to the language folder. I noticed that now some string which were translated are back in original language.
Could you advise how to migrate translation in a proper way? It looks like either some strings for translation were changed/displaced/removed/renamed.
Here is my configuration
WordPress Version:
4.1.1
PHP Version:
5.5.9-1ubuntu4.5
MySQL Version:
5.5.41
Event Espresso Version:
4.6.7.p
WordPress Address (URL): http://satoura.com
Site address (URL): http://satoura.com
You’ll want to take the new po file and merge it into your old po file: http://www.marketpressthemes.com/blog/how-to-merge-two-po-files-using-poedit/
Setting up automation to help out is something we are working on right now. I believe we just got it set up to automatically generate a new po file with every release of EE. I think we are now working on using the new po file to update all the translation files on glotpress.
Also, GlotPress now has translation strings that are up to date for the current version of Event Espresso.
Thanks!
