it seems after I updated Event Espresso, when I download the CSV report, it continues to re-download the list until I navigate away from the page. Please help
Please try the steps below and if they do not help, then go ahead and switch the old system on.
Could you login to your web site using a different web browser than what you are currently using and test the registrations CSV report? For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, then try Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox, etc.
If the issue continues in another web browser, then try temporarily testing with only Event Espresso 4 running. If it does not happen when other plugin are enabled, then another plugin may be interfering. Reactivate a few plugins at a time and then try generating the report again.
thanks for your response and resources. I tested it again on a couple different events in the same browser and it appears to be working now. Hopefully it was just a glitch. Thanks!
