I would like that the person first enter all the participant names and then to select the right ticket for each one. I painted a little sketch you can see here: I hope you can understand me, my english is very bad… Best regards |
Hi there, That’s not how it works with Event Espresso, the user needs to select their tickets and then input the attendee details for each ticket. You can setup EE to allow multiple different ticket types and it will show you which ticket types you are entering. So if you select multiple tickets like this – http://take.ms/3opQU The attendee information step will look like this – http://take.ms/sukeIO Notice how each ticket type breaks down into the amount of tickets and requests details for each ticket. Would that work? Changing the above to the way you have requested above will take significant custom developments from a developer. If that setup is vital for your events you can try contacting of the developer’s list here: https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/ Those developers are familiar with EE and may be able to build a custom setup for you. |

Hi Tony, I think it is hard but I hope you can understand my problem |
Currently, we don’t have the option to select which attendee is the primary attendee so do either of the above would require significant custom development. If that it is critical for you events you could try contacting one of the developers listed here: https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/ They may be able to add this into EE for you. What you can do with EE is order the tickets you want to be the primary registrant above the others in the editor, the tickets at the top of the list take priority over the lower tickets – http://take.ms/uVNKF8 So TKT1 will be primary if any other ticket is selected. TKT3 will be primary if TKT4/5 are also selected.
