Large amount of ticket notice emails not received

HI

Seems after our initial burst of sales once our tickets went on sale…we are getting a number of people ask where their tickets are…ive had to resend at least 25-30 tickets so far…in every case these against these customers, the ticket notice is displayed as sent.

Any idea why so many people could have failed to receive their tickets?

Hi Stu,

The ticket notice email may have been marked as spam after it has been sent.

As they show as sent on your site EE is correctly triggering, generating and sending the notice. From that point EE no longer has any control over the email, it all depends on your hosts mailserver.
