Hi Matthias,
Yes, this is possible. WordPress has a number of filters that allow for text strings to be changed on the fly. Here’s a code example that shows how to use the filter to change that particular string:

You’ll note the string change set on line 19, you can edit that line to change the text to your specification.
You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress child theme’s functions.php file.
