Wondering if you have a list of any known Theme conflicts (wpzoom in particular) and looking for integration documentation on Intuit Merchant Services. Is this documentation from Intuit applicable:

In general, if the theme is WordPress coding standards compliant and doesn’t affect the url structure it should be fine to use.
We have a Quickbooks payment gateway available, the settings of which are fairly simple http://d.pr/i/dJ5I with instructions in the plugin http://d.pr/i/ryic – is this what you are after?
