Key for Calendar Add-On error despite having current license

Hi! Our latest paid invoice shows that our EE4 Calendar add-on license is current. However, there seems to be a problem with its key (see below).

We requested and got a key reset thinking this may solve the problem but it didn’t.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help!
