Hi,

Your account purchase was for the EE3 Business licence, not the EE4 Everything licence. The EE3 Business licence doesn’t include Infusionsoft.

If you would like to swap your licence to an EE4 Everything licence (which does have Infusionsoft) please get in touch with our sales team who can assist you with that:
