Hi, Thanks for that. Does turning debug off affect the error? |
of turned it off now i have this code:

Hi, OK, well that data is good, it looks valid and correct. As such it should be showing on an iphone. Is the app not bringing up any data at all? Are you logged in as an Admin? |
yes i’m logged in as admin but it just says searching… and never finds anything? |
OK. Thanks for the clarification. I will need to refer to another team member when they come online. I will get back to you regarding this. |

Hello any updates on this issue? |

Sorry, that’s my fault, the email never went through. I’ll re-contact him today. |

Hello any updates on this issue got big events coming up and I need the mobile app working for my clients. Please advise |
Hi, The developer is currently looking into the issue. It is possible that the API is not recognising the data due to some of the strings being localised incorrectly (Aceptar instead of OK). We are still making inquiries into this. |
this happened when i update to Event Espresso version 3.1.36.5.P |
Hi Gabriel, It may help to try removing the translation of the OK string. You can do so by opening the event_espresso-ES.po file and doing a search for OK (case sensitive) then remove the “Aceptar” translation. When you save the .po file, Poedit will generate an mo file that you can upload in place of the original that’s in the /languages folder. |
