JSON API installation

Hi, I’m having trouble installing the JSON API plugin. I upload the file into my plugins folder using FTP but it doesn’t appear in my plugins list or in Event Espresso.

I’m using EE v3.1.36.6.P.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Try installing the .zip file via WordPress admin –> Plugins –> Add New –> Upload.

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/json-api-add-on/

It should then appear in WordPress Plugins.

If you can only install plugins manually, then double-check the install location. It should be:

/wp-content/plugins
