JSON API Addon installation

When I install the new API or the iPad app no new menu item appears as it says in the documentation.

Where should it be as I may just be looking in the incorrect location.

Is there a minimum version of WP and Event espresso required for it to work correctly? I have WP 3.4.1 and EE 3.1.27.P

I don’t think the API will work with a version of Event Espresso that’s that old. You probably need to at least upgrade Event Espresso if not both your Event Espresso and WordPress versions.
