JSON API Add On

I just purchased the full single site license with the addons. I am trying to implement ticketing. It seems successful except when I try to reach my site with the check-in / scanning application.

I get the message Error with EndPoint URL.

With a bit more research I find that I am supposed to install the JSON API plugin. But I do not seem to have access to that plugin. Should I have access to it? If not, how can I make the phone app work without it?

Hi Christopher,

As of right this moment, the iPhone app only works with Event Espresso 3. If you’re running Event Espresso 4, you can use and iPhone to scan tickets by following this guide:
