Item Count is Wrong?

I have an event with 2 ticket types: “WPBA Touring Pro” and “Non-Member”

When I search registrations for “Non-Member” to get a count, it shows me “29 Items” in the summary. However, when I actually count the listings, there are only 14 (which is the correct number I expect)

Why does it say 29 Items?

This can become a bigger issue in our larger events, so, trying to figure it out now

Hi Allen,

I checked into this and looks like an issue with the query returning multiple rows for the same registration, it’s then corrected for within the ‘items’ but not within the count.

It does not show a deeper issue with your event here, basically, the query uses multiple joins and can return the same registration ID multiple times based on those joins and the selected data.

I’ll create a ticket for our developers to investigate this.
