When trying to register for an event the following message appears: It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page after completing your registration or your cart is empty. Please go to the events page and try again.
I checked the site that’s registered with your support license and it appears that the server isn’t configured to allow the Multi Event Registration to work correctly. Can you try deactivating the Multi Event Registration add-on, then try a registration again? If that doesn’t help can you post a link to the event page so we can investigate further?
