When we use PayPal Commerce with Event Espresso, non-members get the message below when they try to purchase a non-member ticket.
“It appears that PayPal Commerce checkout JavaScript was not loaded properly”
If logged in as a member, it doesn’t happen. When I switch PayPal Commerce with PayPal Express as the payment method in Event Espresso, everything works fine.
Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on to view?
The fact that it works when logged in but not when logged out suggests caching/minifying breaking the JS (Logged in users won’t be served from the cached).
