I have multiple customers reporting issues trying to access our calendar when using Safari – http://theurbanartbar.com/reservations

They claim the calendar does not load and only shows the Venue and Category dropdowns

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

Using current versions of all software.

Hi Frank,

Your customers are correct, this occurred to me in Safari 5.1.7 (Windows).

It looks like there is a javascript error coming from a plugin called Srizon Facebook Album (srzsb.js)

TypeError: ‘undefined’ is not a function (evaluating ‘overlay.click(close)’)

Because the calendar is also JavaScript based, errors like this will stop it from showing.

Weirdly the error doesn’t show in Chrome.

To resolve, well you could disable the plugin. It may also be worthwhile to reach out the plugin developer and advise them of this issue.
