I just attempted a registration on your site and was able to successfully get to the registration page. If you’ve made some changes to W3 Total Cache, then it’s working again.
I would recommend using a staging site to detect and address issues before impacting your live website.
– Create a staging site of your live site
– test updating W3 total cache
– test event registrations
– troubleshoot/debug as necessary
If that process goes well, do the same for your live site.
