Hi there, We have a few events open at the moment but some users are complaining of errors when they try to register. We do not require users to log in. The errore message they receive is: “403 Forbidden – Access to this resource on the server is denied” When I look through the PHP error log (I only turned it on a few days ago) hundreds of error messages just like these appear each hour: [Dec 04, 00:04:10] PHP Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): Access denied for user ‘stphilip’@’localhost’ (using password: NO) in /home/stphilip/public_html/events/wp-content/plugins/espresso-json-api/includes/EspressoAPI_Router.class.php on line 47 These error messages are now also appearing on the frontend of the site (http://www.events.stphilips.org.au/), which is creating major issues. Is there anything you can do to help? |
Hi, could you follow up with your web host to see if they have more information on why some resources are restricted?

Hi Lorenzo, They said that there were no resources that were restricted as far as they could see. They have escalated it to level 2 support, but they asked if I could come back here and see if you had any other ideas π Thanks for your help so far π |
Alright, thanks for letting us know. If you haven’t already done so, could you provide their team with steps on how to reproduce the issue? They’ll then be able to review the error logs as the error is triggered. — |
