Issues accepting payments using QuickBooks

I’m using QuickBooks for my payment method but is not working. It shows that my account is connected but when I try to purchase tickets I get the error message: An error has occurred. QuickBOoks Card Authorization/Capture Error. Please help me solve this.

Hi Danny,

Can you check the log items in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs? One of the recent log entries there will likely have a specific error code from Quickbooks.
