Issue with Registration for a User that Already Exists

We’re currently using your plugins for event registration, but have it so the user does not have to log into the website to purchase.

We’re having an issue on the specific event that a user, unlogged in, will register and once the registration is submitted, the email address box turns red.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

There is usually an error message that shows up with that stating they need to log in (depending on the site setup the message may not show).

But, if you want to allow people to register onto the site when they have a user account and DO not want to require them to log in you can add this snippet:
