Issue with registering a product

Hi Guys,

If you go to this page https://www.parentshop.com.au/events/tough-conversations-for-frontline-staff-sydney-march-6-2019/

And try add a ticket – it just freezes for a long time and then in some cases it goes through & in others it just goes to a 524 page.

Any ideas?
