Issue with payment

Hello,
When user tries to buy course at our site, he/she is not able to do that after filling all the billing details. Is it related to the authorize.net change (Akamai)? If, yes then please guide how to update it. thanks.

Here are my details:

3.5
PHP Version:
5.2.17
MySQL Version:
5.5.42
Event Espresso Version:
3.1.29.1P

Hi there,

The change to Akamai would not affect this because Phase 2 hasn’t been rolled out yet, and when it does, the old Authorize.net URLs will still work because they are going to set up redirects.

If you get a specific error message from Authnet, this guide will help:

http://developer.authorize.net/faqs/

Please note that you are using old versions of WordPress and Event Espresso that are no longer supported. You can update your site to use the current versions of WordPress and Event Espresso 3 (currently 3.1.37.4).

As an aside, I’m going to remove the links and files paths to your site that you posted here because this information should not be shared publicly.

Thanks Josh!
Even I realize that I need to update my wordpress and event espresso. I could update wordpress, but for event espresso, it is says “A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or has expired.” I just bought support license and even then I get the same message. Also, I can view my support license key but I see the following on the bottom:Not currently activated on any websites
Please help

Hi Varinder, your current support license provides access to Event Espresso 4 only and you are using an old version of Event Espresso 3. This is why you cannot currently update.
