Hello, I have a copy of the old ap and and the HD ap on 2 iphones.

We have general admission tickets we sell and because there is no “event date” they show as past events. Which is fine. The issue is on the new ap I cant access the general admission “event” we have. It triggers and error that says “Param event_start with value 00:00:00 is not allowed type datetime”.

Any way around this? I like the new ap, the alpha style approach etc but it won’t work for me unless I add a date time to the event. I have the registration date time set but since there is no actual date/time of the general admission since you can come and day or time that we are open. If the days and hours were consistent I would just have it span the entire open season but it is not.

Thoughts?

Hi Brian,

The way around this would be to set a start end time for the event, then hide any instance of a start and end time from displaying on the website. There are CSS classes and ID’s for each instance of a dates and times if you need to hide the date/time for a specific event.

Oh yeah. Would this effect all of my events including the ones that are actual events?

It doesn’t have too if you’re specific with the CSS.
