Issue with License Key

My license key shows active for my URL but on the web it shows that it is not properly registered or something and will not allow me to auto update. I have not changed anything and do not want to pay to reset it when it already says it is pointing to the correct location. Please provide me with some input as to what I should do to resolve this issue.

Hi Steve,

Your license key has been reset.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more.

Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting.

Yeah, it works now. Not sure what the issue was but thank you for resetting it.

There are multiple reasons for the notices being thrown. Usually this happens when the connection between your server and ours is disrupted during a ping. Again this can happen for various reasons unfortunately.

Resetting the license and follow the steps above re-allocates the key to the correct domain and should continue to work as normal.
