Hello there,
I have an issue with my event debut and end hours. If I set hours, than save, the hours change to the actual hours. Do you know how to fix this.
I use WordPress 4.0
my EE licence is EEP3
I upgraded from basic to premium personal licence.

Hi Maxime,
Please ensure that you have a timezone set to a city or region near you via WordPress settings –> General.
This should be used instead of UTC.
Let us know if this helps.
If it doesn’t, then let us know if you are using any other plugins that may have time settings such as online calendars.

Hi Lorenzo,
Thanks for this but this isn’t the issue. Here’s an example :
I want a event to begin at 18 h 00 min and to end at 21 h 30 min. I set it that way, but then, when I update the modification and after the page reloaded, the event begins for exemple at 19 h 08 min and ends at 19 h 08 min, which is the current hour. Do you understands?

Hi,
The issue you described is with the time changing on its own to something else. Is that correct?
That could be caused by another plugin that may use the time zone settings.
Are you using anything like that and can you confirm that you are using a city or a region near you instead of UTC?

Hi Lorenzo,
Yes, time is changing on it’s own, that is correct.
To my knowledge, no other plugin uses the time zone settings. Everything was ok before I went from Event Espresso lite to EEP3.
Also, I just had a look and my time zone is set by a city near me.

Hi,
Can you temporarily try disabling the other plugins except Event Espresso and see if the issue occurs at that point please?
