Issue with event being 'Sold Out' despite there being a ticket left to sell

Hi,

I had this problem once before and it seems to have happened again. An event had sold out and then someone contacted me to inform me that they need to cancel. I have marked their registration as cancelled and the confirmed registrations is now at 19 and trip limit is at 20. The event though is still showing as sold out so I cannot sell this remaining space. Last time this happened your reply was that the status should revert to upcoming unless there was some user change in the meantime but I never understood what such a change could be. So how are we supposed to deal with events where someone wants to cancel and we would like to offer this space again? I’ve done what logically feels right but still status is Sold Out.

Also the event no longer shows on the calendar. I’m sure sold out events should remain visible in the calendar so what is going on?

Hi Gary,

Since updating the registration status of that attendee have you updated the event so that EE4 will recalculate the event status?
