Issue with even start and end time on ticket

We have an upcoming training event February 23-25. The time of the event is 9am-5pm on the 23 and 24th, and 10am-1pm on the 25th. It’s a 2.5 day training. Our issue is that we seem to only be able to choose one event start time and one event end time. So if we choose 1pm as the end time, it looks like all days end at 1pm, when some end at 5pm, and if we choose a start time of 9am, it looks like all our start times are at 9am when we have one at 10am. How can we fix this within the same event?

Hi there,

‘Datetimes’ within an event are ‘instances’ of that event, so for the above, rather than just a single Datetime you’ll need 3 Datetimes rather than just 1.

1. 23rd 9am-5pm
2. 24th 9am-5pm
3. 25th 10am-1pm

Tickets grant access to the datetimes which means each individual ticket can be assigned to multiple datetimes. So if all your tickets all access to the full training course they would all be assigned to all datetimes (which they will be by default). If you wanted to sell tickets for access to individual days you can also do that by setting specific tickets to specific datetimes.
