We are having issue when someone uses discount codes. The total amount when using a discount code is correct on the frontend but in the admin area under registrations we see the total amount and the discount amount is missing.
Any suggestions how to resolve that?

Hmm ok, that’s an odd one.
First, if you click on ‘view additional transaction session details’ what shows up there?
If you click on the Recalculate Taxes and Total button, does that fix it?
Does this happen with every promotion code used on the site or is this the only registration this has happened on?
