We recently encountered an issue with our Event Espresso registration system. A customer attempted to register for 6 individual camps using a coupon code. We received email notifications showing “payment pending” for 6 different camps, as expected.
However, when we reviewed the registrations in the Event Espresso system, it shows 6 pending registrations for a different ticket type: our “Summer Fun Package.”
The customer should have 6 separate registrations for individual camps (with the coupon applied), not 6 for the package.
