Issue with Coupon Code and Registration Processing for Camps

We recently encountered an issue with our Event Espresso registration system. A customer attempted to register for 6 individual camps using a coupon code. We received email notifications showing “payment pending” for 6 different camps, as expected.

However, when we reviewed the registrations in the Event Espresso system, it shows 6 pending registrations for a different ticket type: our “Summer Fun Package.”

The customer should have 6 separate registrations for individual camps (with the coupon applied), not 6 for the package.

I can send screen shots and the email upon request.

Hi there,

So the issue is they Registered onto Event A for 6 tickets but in the admin its not showing them as Event B?

Do you know if they added registrations to the card, removed them and added more?

Can you send over the screenshots to support@eventespresso.com so I can take a look?
