Issue Updating on Event Espresso – General Settings

Hi

I have an issue updating the information on the ‘Event Espresso – General Settings’ page. Everytime I try to update this info the screen goes blank.

I’m fimilair with the database and PHPMyAdmin, is there anyway to just update the info there or somewhere else?

Hi,

There actually isn’t a way to just update the options via phpmyadmin because the options are stored as a serialized array.

What you could do is temporarily activate WP_DEBUG mode and that will output the PHP error instead of a blank screen.

I adjusted the following settings and its working now!

max_execution_time: 90
memory_limit : 512
