As the admin, I’m not able to process credit cards when folks call in to register. Someone can register with Authorize.net on the front end but, the way we have it set up now, as the admin, I can’t take their cards. What do I need to change so that I can take payments over the phone if someone calls to register? Also, I never get to the “finalize now” option that the Settings/Payment Method/credit card screen talks about. I’m sure these are related. Thank you.

Hi there,

The Event Espresso admin doesn’t actually have a feature that shows a billing form on the admin side. Have you tried going to the front end of the site and making the registration/payment there?
