Issue moving someone to a different course (not found, yet course is active)

I have an event created with two date/times and a ticket type assigned to each one. It’s in the future and tickets are currently available. I’m trying to move someone from Class B to Class A. However, it’s not showing up in the drop-down options of available classes. Their current class does show. I’ve also had people register complaints about Class A – that it disappears from the cart. I have the latest wordpress and just updated the plugin.

I figured it out. When typing in the event name, each only shows once and also gives the first alpha ticket name which was deceptive. Once I select, then I can see all ticket options.
