Issue modifying datetimes and tickets in the events

We have some serious issues with the event espresso plugin, we guess it is after the last update.

We are not able to modify anything about the tickets in the events that have already been published (numbers of tickets, dates, deleting, etc) even if we set the event as “draft”.

While editing an event all the icons option such as duplicate tickets, ticket setting, or deleting are NOT working.

Can you please help us to solve this big issue.

Hi, this sounds like a conflict with another plugin that you may be using on your site.

Please try temporarily deactivating all plugins. Then reactivate only Event Espresso 4 and check the event editor again. It should be working.

Then restore your site a few plugins at a time until it breaks again.

Hi Mirko,

Have you used a tool like Firebug or Chrome developer tools before?

If so, could you inspect the page to see if there are any errors?

Also, could you confirm that you automatically updated to the latest release?
