We’re currently working on a site that is using EE3 (3.1.36.5.P).
We’re creating a new site and using EE4 as a solution (4.6.19.p).
We need to import the events (ideally the venues & attendee data, but this is less important) into the new EE4 system, there are several hundred events listed.
The import via csv system seems to be disable on the EE4 at present so we cannot use this.
We’ve tried re-creating the current site & database (on a test server) and activating EE3, then activating EE4. After running the data migration (3 steps) it only seems to be importing 15 events out of the 500+ listed.
We’ve also tried updating the EE3 to 3.1.36.6.P then updating and also 3.1.36.5.L then updating, but the import process still only imports over 15 events.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, we really need to get these events imported over!

Hi Chris,
I notice you are using events with a status of ‘ongoing’ and the dates have been removed for those events. Is there a different between the 15 events that do migrate and the others?
Would it be possible for me to take a look at these events? Is so can you send log in details using this form:

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the speedy response.
I’ve filled out the send login details form, so you’ll be able to try the migration progress and see if the events are different/causing issues.
