My client has hit me with the fact that the Table Sponsor tickets are highly sought after and there is a waiting list for them as there are only 22 tables at our event. They said that sponsors will try to purchase the table sponsorships without approval. Is there any way any of you can think of to make the approval required for purchase? This is important to them.
Your table sponsorships are in their own event, correct?
If so you can set the ‘Default Registration Status’ within that event to ‘Not Approved’ – http://take.ms/vDYz6 (the bottom setting).
Registrations on that event will require the admin to review and change the registration status to pending payment (you can also trigger an email when doing so) before the user can pay.
