Is there a way to transfer registrants from one class/ticket to another class?

Sometimes people register for the wrong class and we would like to be able to transfer them into the new class without issuing a refund and reregistering the person. Is there any add-ons that will allow this? We have EE4 and I believe it was a feature in EE3. If not, do you know when this feature may be added? Thank you!
