We have regional coordinators who want to check if a particular person has been registered, but we don’t want to give these coordinators access to the WordPress admin screens.

Our aim is to provide a passworded page in WordPress, where they could enter a person’s name and then see which event they’re registered for.

One thought is to create a modified version of the EE Attendee Shortcode that looks for a person’s name – then populate that shortcode from a search form…

Hi there,

Event Espresso does not have a front end registrant search available but the above could work with custom development.

Are you currently working with a developer? If no we have some familiar with Event Espresso here:

The other option is to create a user account that only has access to that co-ordinators event so they can log into the site but only view the event and its registration, not the rest of the admin screens.

Would that work?
