Hi,

Is there a front end user registration page? Is there a profile page for other members to view? Can users edit their profile page?

Hi Imran, there is not a front-end registration page for Event Espresso 3 and the WP user integration. Attendees/registrants receive an account with their initial registration.

There is a My Events page. However, this is only available privately to an attendee/registrant:
