Yes it can but we don’t currently have a payment method integration for Versapay.

I’ll answer your questions and then explain little:

Is PayPal the only payment interface that works with Event Expresso?

No, we have integrations with PayPal, Stripe, Auth.net, Mollie, SagePay, Vanco and others, see here:

Can Event Expresso link to other payment portal platforms other than PayPal?

Yes, but each platform needs a ‘payment method’ creating for it.

The payment method is what handles setting up the payment request from Event Espresso to/from your merchant, its the code that sites in the middle and every merchant needs an integration creating by a developer familiar with both EE and the payment platforms API.

For example – Versapay?

As mentioned earlier, we don’t have a payment method for Versapay, so yes its possible but you need the help of a developer to create a an EE payment method for versapay.
