Is it possible/how do you create events via 'API'?

EE4 – 4.4.3.p

Is it possible for events to be created in Event Espresso outside of the admin UI?

Is it a ‘simple’ matter of populating the correct tables, correctly?

Hi, if you are referring to the JSON API, then that is for Event Espresso 3 and it does not support creating events. It is for reading information from your site. For example, it provides information for the mobile apps.

Events would need to be created through the event editor in Event Espresso 3 and Event Espresso 4.
