For the last years I have been using EE for events, it worked well.
Starting next month I’ll be organising an activity for small groups on a time schedule (x amount of slots available per day). This requires a booking system (like the plugin appointments+).
However, Id prefer to use EE for this as well, so I can keep everything in one place/system. Is this possible?
Looking for feature:
– display calendar with available and booked timeslots
This is possible in Event Espresso 4 as it allows you to register for multiple tickets at once.
You could create each session as a ticket and then set the quantity to small value for small groups or 1. This means that when a session (ticket option) is purchased, then it will become unavailable.
This makes sense, but what im looking for 1 timeslot = 1 ticket for 1 group.
In other words: groups purchase a timeslot.
Another example of the features is: https://gb.youcanbook.me/index.jsp
Do you think this works in EE4?
Meanwhile i’ll have a better look at EE4 as im now using EE3.
If the group sizes are known you can set the minimum and maximum tickets. So for example you could set both min and max to 5, so 5 tickets have to be bought in one go.
