Is it possible to batch-email all registrants a link to update answers?

Hi there,

After registering a few hundred people for an event, it turns out we want them to go back and provide an additional piece of registration information.

It looks like I can batch-email using the “Global” template (from the Registration Listing screen), but the “Global” template doesn’t support the [FRONTEND_EDIT_REG_LINK] shortcode.

I know that I can individually email either the “registration approved” or “registration pending payment” emails from the individual registration screen, but this is going to be very time-consuming for a large number of registrants.

Is there another way I can batch-send those other two emails instead?

Yes there is.
1) First, you go to the Registrations admin screen and view the registrations for that event only.
2) You click the Screen Options tab and set Pagination to a comfortable number like 50, 100, or whatever your server can handle.

3) Then to re-send a reg approved email you select Approved, then click Filter. This will bring up a list of all Approved registrations for that event.
4) You click the checkbox on the left side of table header, which will select all registrations in that view.
5) Then select the Bulk Action > “Approve then and Notify Registrations” then click Apply. Since these registrations are already approved, all that will happen is the Registration notification will be re-sent.

Then you repeat steps 3-5 above except where you filter the view to see only Pending Payment registrations, and select the “Set Registrations to Pending Payment and Notify” action. This will resend the Registration Pending Payment messages.
