Hi.
We are looking a solution for our client who has one main event a year and needs to register competitors for this huge mountain bike event.
Most plugins, templates and stuff might work, but there are some things, special things needed as I will explain:

1. We need PayPal gateway and develop other gateways which are the only ones valid in our country and there are no pre developed gateways (so most gateway features you pay in a license are not needed)

2. We need single and multiple competitor registrations and they must be capable of accessing some information after registration in case they made mistakes in fields such as birthdate, emergency contact information, etc.

3. We need to add other products/souvenirs/items such as t’shirts, baseball caps, etc. so all can be paid at once.

4. We need to customize product combos, i.e. a registration+t’shirt for a discounted price.

5. Competitor categories must be automatically determined using fields such as birthdate, sex and category type. The category must be calculated according to the event date so the competitor is set to the right category at that day.

6. For under 18 competitors some extra fields must appear so an adult can authorize them.

7. Included items with the registration (such as a gift t’shirt) of added products as extra t’shirts must ask the proper size and that is shown and could be edited by the competitor.

8. Create coupons to be applied for an item or the total amount as a money discount or percentage. So if one person registers to the event he can apply a discount to the registration but not to the other items.

9. Manage different prices for payments in local currency and USD

10. Have different prices according to a pricing schedule (i.e. from jan 1 to jan 31 pay $50, from feb 1 to feb 28 pay $70,from march 1 to may 31 pay $80)

11. Have the same flexibility to offer adult pricing, under 18 pricing, under 12 pricing, etc.

Finally, everything must be able to download in a csv or xls file for each competitor, not only the registration data but hoy many extra products, sizes of items if required, etc.

Is EE right for this project?
Can I do all this with the proper license?
Which license should it be?
