During open registration for an event, I switched the paypal accounts that receive payment. The original paypal account is now experiencing failed IPNs, I assume because some IPNs hadn’t had a chance to go through and are now in limbo. I understand I’ve triggered a ricochet effect with the old account. Is this a setting in Paypal I’ve neglected to change? And, might this possibly mean that payments don’t get through because the IPN can’t get through?

Is this a new PayPal business account where Event Espresso’s payment settings have been switched to? If so, is the IPN turned on for the new account in the PayPal settings?
