I can’t login into the mobile app. I try to login in and I get “Sorry, can’t log in HTTP/1.1 404 Not found

Hi Mike,
Can you let me know which version of the app you are using? Along with that, can you doublecheck the endpoint URL you are trying to connect to? It needs to be the same URL as your WP homepage. There is more information about how to use the app in the documentation:

The app is Version 2.1 My endpoint URL is characteraward.com (the same as my website) and i am using the same login credentials. I also do have the json api plugin activated.
The app works on my phone when i use the eventespresso test drive…eventespresso.com/testdrive

Hi Mike,
You’ll need to install the Event Espresso HD app in order to use the JSON API. Here’s a link to the iTunes preview:
