Ipay88 Payment approved RM1 only

Hi Support,
Participant make a ticket purchase more than RM1,000, but ipay88 already approved the payment success. But system only approved RM1, other amount still pending.

Have you facing this problem before? Can assist?

I believe you will need to get iPay88 to activate your account. You could be currently still be in development/test status at their end. Hence Transactions are capped at 1 MYR

Hi Support,
The Ipay88 account already active long time. We are able received other payment. Problem mostly happen when payment more than 1K, system will only approve RM1 as completed
