IPay88 Failed to verify transaction!

Hi Support,
Currently we facing many transaction failed to sync complete while using Ipay88. Buyer succesfull make payment, but system still mark as pending payment.

Check that it show error ‘Failed to verify transaction!’

Can assist check what cause this problem?

Hi Chuah,

Your current account does not have an active support license, do you have a support license for Event Espresso?

The error you are getting means EE could not validate the payment with iPay88, if you look at the payment logs in:

Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Logs

You should find multiple entries from attempted requests, can you see any errors in any of those entries?
