Hi there, In a single transaction one person bought 100 tickets and iPad app is crashing, when it scan beyound 50 .. Is this something we can increase ? |
Hi there, If you have more than 100 events, attendees, or registrations you’ll need to update the app’s default settings. You can go into the iOS device settings and scroll down past the apps developed by Apple to where you see individual app settings. There you can tap Event Espresso and go into its settings and adjust the default settings as needed. |

Many Thans – Yes I can see them and set all to max .. but there is max on tickets which is set to 50 somewhere and that is causing the app to crash. ie 1 single ticket has Qty = 100 but app can only scan upto 50 ( or redeem ) |
Jeyatheepan, what do you mean by “causing the app to crash”? Is it just that it’s not functioning the way it should (ie, only checking in up to 50 at a time), or is that the app is running into some fatal error and causing it to quit (and make you restart the app)? Also, it sounds like you’re actually seeing this limit only when checking the person in (ie, redeeming their ticket), but viewing of the registration is working fine. Is that the case? |

It only check upto 50 and quits, making us to restart. After restart it is not functioning the way it should for that ticket ( for the remaining Qty ). Yes, I can only see the 5o limit when redeeming the ticket. |
Theepan, Was information required for each of the additional attendees? Or was it just a qty selection? |

|
Just a QTY selection |
Hi Theepan, It looks like it has something to do with the Event Espresso iOS app “Registrations” setting. As you can see here, there are 4 attendees, and 3 of them have 100 tickets: But, in the iPad app, only 1 attendee is displayed: If I change the “Registrations” setting to 1000: Then we see the rest of the attendees: I have contacted the developer about this and should have this taken care of soon. Thanks! |
